Preparing a full scope of works, evaluating the contractors tenders, preparing contracts and the full supervision and project management of the contractor to complete the 141 apartments and communal areas including landscaping.
Additionally preparing schemes and contract documents, obtaining licences , obtaining and evaluating tenders and full supervision and project management of a pool area, poolside bar, indoor spa and gymnasium and Chill out area.
In doing these works we supervised the changing of the facades of one of the blocks to give them a more contemporary look.
