“A luxury villa sitting on a mountain top with 11 hectares of land”
Made were project managers from start to completion of this 1.000m2, 7 bedroom 6 ½ bathroom villa including 1,5km access road and landscaping.
Work included preparing contract documents, obtaining and evaluating contractors quotations.
After several years the owner sold the villa and Made were also appointed project manager on completely reforming and modernising the villa for the new owner.
